Thank you for shopping with Color Croc LLC! We’re passionate about creating fun, imaginative, and high-quality coloring books made just for you. As a print-on-demand business, each item is custom made when you place your order. Because of this, our refund and returns policy differs slightly from traditional retail.

🛍️ Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’re here to make it right. Please contact us at care@colorcroc.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the problem

We’ll review your claim and, if approved, offer a free replacement or a full refund.

❌ No Returns or Exchanges

Because all of our products are custom-printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Color or layout preferences differing from screen to print
  • Page bleed-through
    • Our books are printed on a standard coloring book 60# paper, so any wet media including alcohol markers will naturally bleed through.
    • All our coloring books are designed with page separation, but it is up to you to place an insertable piece of plastic or cardboard between sheets you are coloring to prevent your colors from bleeding through to underneath pages that have imprints on them.

We strongly encourage you to review your order carefully before checkout.

📦 Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, we may have already begun the printing process and cancellations are no longer guaranteed.

To request a cancellation, email us at care@colorcroc.com as soon as possible.

📮 Shipping & Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us. We’ll work with our print partners and shipping carriers to investigate.

Please note: we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
